I purchased a new M-Audio midi keyboard during RPM. The software alone was worth the $100.
There was no chance I was wasting any time during RPM with a learning process.
Today, I got the opportunity to install the software and plug it in. This…
Hi folks - Uncle Paul is back at it after a 4 month hiatus from music.

Someone's opened my ears (not sure who, but it's probably someone on here) - I started listening to this the other day and thought "yeah, it's ok" and stopped it after 30 seconds to look for something else.
I love the title though, so I just gave it another go... well, someone's opened my ears since then! Like it a lot :-)
The first of 4 tunes coming your way with

This one is my favorite and chills me every time I hear it.
It never, ever, gets old.
Until Then (Shine…
Missed this originally. Love it.
I'm a sucker for songs with the word "shine" in anyway (I've used it several times over the years, myself). I just LOVE the word and the concept of "shine" when it's applied to humans - seems to be a really powerful trigger. I would use it in every song I write if I could!!! (Would kind of waste it's power though lol)
And this one doesn't waste it... a really beautiful song and performance. Faved.
This one is a bit different. It is a synthesizer instrumental, and the title is no coincidence. The experiment was to write a complete song based on just one single chord. :)
This is part I. There is a part II which uses the same theme but a…

leaving the island
Costello fingered his bow
looking out his villa window
grey morning sky
giving way...clouds
scattered by the sun
to fishing boats painted on
far off horizons
a melody he offers
in toast of their run
of their run

Just a little piano ballad - another old composition. The strings have not been mixed/edited too well, sorry for that. I'll fix it some day.
It was bedtime and I suddenly felt like playing something on my keyboard. That's how this song came…

Improvisation, relaxation? :-) Who knows!
I think the video is nice:-)
At the store there was an action, where I became these small fairytale figures.
In the park was that beautiful red-with-white-spots mushroom, so I went there, (in the dark…

Video works for me. Well done man.
I saw on vid with cars and boats going over a water fall. Looking closely, I could see one car with a person in the back seat, banging on the rear window as the car rolled over the falls.
It was horrific.
Well, who do think came down the cellar last night... Yep! you guested it, Charlie Sheen, he was none too happy. He should have been if the girls with him were anything to go by. He'd come to talk to Elvis about handling the Yes men and how he…

To me, it got real interesting after the 3 minute mark. Cool sounds.
neat toy you have there.
Nylon 6,6 and I'm thinkin' what's he up to now :) A-1 playing. It's difficult to hear any looping at all.
I dig the high pitched synth..
Excellent!!
Amazing piece of music.
Welcome to alonetone. Waves at fellow New Yorker.
Delightfully vintage.
Your talent is showing :)
Now that's a sweet melody. Artistic and effortless. A fine performance.
I really enjoyed that.
:) Reminds me of the good ole days.
:) Delightful. Very, very, creative.
Well that was different :)
This is the kind of tune my Mom would say, "Come on, Let's dance".
Love the Juno D. My Juno recently met it's end. I sold it for parts. :(
Heavy Duty track....
Raw and refreshing. Extra cool jam Rick.
