I picked up on one of Norm's wonderful grooves.
I added some bass, guitar, horns, and a basic drum track. Kicker and snare with a few cymbols. I didn't want to walk on Norm's fine, fine, percussion.
Thanks Norm for allowing me the opportunity…
Nice track man. Real somber feel and some smooth guitar and mix to top it off. :) thanks for listening to M.T.C radio as well. Glad you found a few you liked!! I do believe this labor day weekend I need to get some serious listening/recording done as well. Geas Radio will be playing loud and clear in my humble home!!
a sad walk through the devastion ......excellent.......I take it everything is ok with you and yours ...... I hope it is.......it looks real bad from the reports on the Tv...
the zoom H2 is battery operated - or if you wish it can use an adapter. The guitar I used is this one http://chrisvaisvil.com/?p=436 Brad converted. Any noise is from the Marshall amp which seems to have a ground problem - at least in the room its in at the moment. I haven't been listening much because I've been editing a lot of video and it brings my machine to its knees.
Have no idea where this one came from. I was strumming away and the words just came out. Seems to be about some kind of wrongdoing in the past. May have been possessed. Thanks again to Gary for helping out on lead..
In sleepy towns through…
This one is about how falling in love kind of involves giving up any say in whether or not your heart gets trampled. It's about that fear. Gary doing a sterling job as usual on lead guitar..
She's amazing
Beauty holds no bounds
and her voice…
Second of two songs on the album about trying to be a better person. The first was about people not trying, this is about struggling (and kinda failing) to be a better person than you have been. Slide parts courtesy of Gary...
Don't think for…
True to form, I used my new software to… do the same exact thing I’ve been doing most of this month.
So far I definitely miss Logic for pure piano, but I’ll have to see if there are workarounds or things that I’m missing in Record that will make…
I get to say that it borders on hip-hop because there’s a hip hop drum loop and a hip hop drum kit on it. I have no idea what to call it other than “electronic”. With a piano.
This is my second song using Record.
I was going through a book on…
Where's all this sappy music coming from? The Olympics were on. I must have been watching too much figure skating or something.
Unmastered track from my 2010 RPM Challenge submission.

Mournful sounds...guitar tone is perfect for this one, and I really like the sprinkles of piano here and there.

This reminds me of...........me! I guess that's a good thing right?
Silly? Maybe. But entertaining none the less. Reminds me of the ducks in our pond. :)
Smooth and graceful. Real nice track. I'm glad you did RPM, I'm a big fan now. :)
Magnificent!
I'm such a sucker for beautiful piano. Well played.
Great Hayley, your idea grew nicely. I especially like the strings with it. This is a keeper. I'm hooked :)

Peachy Keen Folks. A splendid tune indeed! Instantly fav'ed.
Top notch recording. Cool bass line too. I down with Starman. We need some new genes in the pool :)
Sounds real sweet here. I wouldn't touch a thing. Plus, I think I could skate to it.
Appropriate title for this piece. Real nice man. Real nice.
Lots of instruments and a whole rainbow of styles. Reminds me of..............hmmmm.
Whew! That first blast made me duck and cover.
This is a rare bird. I've never heard a combination of style and sound like this. Unique.....
