Just another time traveling love song from your ole Uncle Paul.
Mostly MIDI synths and some analog bass and screaming Ibanez.
Drum loops too. I was going to drum it, but these two loops really kinda drive it along.
Enjoy.....

I spent the day skrewing around with this Roumanian Minor scale again. I am really testing layered drums on this one, Toms mostly.
There's a lot happening. Acoustic, Strat, Bass, 4 Juno tracks, and all kinds of percussion.
Only a two chord change…
I picked up on one of Norm's wonderful grooves.
I added some bass, guitar, horns, and a basic drum track. Kicker and snare with a few cymbols. I didn't want to walk on Norm's fine, fine, percussion.
Thanks Norm for allowing me the opportunity…
really nice! manages to sound thematic, bluesy and tropical all at the same time.... makes me feel like I would feel the morning I woke up to go on a cruise to the caribbean....
Some more good fun with Brian Bazeley and Jarvis.
I added some drums and some horns to Jarvo's noodling.
There's probably room for vocals if anyone is feeling froggy.
Thanks Brian and Jarvis

WARNING! ADULT CONTENT or goofy great........
After a week of computer crashes, I finally got my gear all back to normal. I got my drum kit hooked up yesterday and did a test run which led to this bit of Saturday morning fun that only
proves…

A long over due changing of the acoustic strings led to this epic production. 40 tracks and 34 plug-ins. Good Gravy that's a boat load of tracks. All kinds of stuff happening.
Enjoy!
you spend your days and your night times
bustin' ass…
What I enjoy about your music is that one never knows what one is going to get when you pull the wrapper off...and this is great sort of a Doors,Yes and a heavy rock band collab......gobsmacked I am (that's a Good Thing btw)
An intrumental Track I put together when Thinking about my family.
One Guitar represents my son, one my wife and one me......
Two Versions with Vox (Jim Higgins and Geir Alfsen) are also in existance.. not sure how to link to this site…
Lyrics
Dies ist meine Lebenarbeit
Es muss geschutzt werden
Meine Leben arbeiten
Meine ganzen Kampfe, Meine Ideen.
There is no life in the Arcades,
Just turtles walking people on chains.
This Valentine’s Day, sing this song to your SO and there’s a good chance they’ll turn into your ex.

Oy. About 6 hours of work:
1.5 hours to write the lyrics/melody first thing in the morning
1.5 hours figuring out the harmonic progression…
Hurray patches?
The melody was the last thing that was written for this.
The piano is a placeholder for whenever I get around to actually writing full lyrics. (I have a few lines written down, but I’m not sure if that’s the direction I want…
I imagine this music playing in a bar sometime in the future, probably in the background while cybernetic bar patrons interface with one another in full view of the world's sensor network.
This songs reminds me that this is the moment i have. No longer looking for the dawn for the dawn is here.
This is the moment
this is the moment
that i've been waiting for
I've been waiting for
the dawn and the dawn is coming soon
Played all at once through a little plastic hole (Micro BR), so I know it needs to be redone. I've been down with swine fever for the past few days and have barely been able to hang onto a guitar, so this ought to be a crowd pleaser :) A song…
This is the title track of my RPM 2010 album. It describes how I juggle the bills each week and try to make ends meet. If you know the old joke, if the ends would not necessarily meet but just wave at each other once in a while, I'd be happy.
Written and Recorded: Feb 07, 2010
Details: Epiphone Les Paul (DADGAD - capo VII), Seymour Duncan Pickups, POD XT, Boss RC-20 Looper, EBow, Audacity...all fingers, no picks.
2010 RPM Challenge
This song described my co-workers at one company during a temporary assignment. I won't mention the company for fear of being sued, but you get the idea what they were like.
