I started off with an idea to record some harmonized diminished arpeggios and the other riffs just happened along the way. Inspired by Dethklok, hope you like it.
Inspired by the scene in the movie Hustle & Flow where they make the song "Whoop That Trick," I made this jam based (loosely) on the main riff to that song with extra stuff. The strange thing about the main riff is that I'm playing (low) octaves…

My uncle used to tap his foot and sing "six feet under, six feet under" and my grandmother
would tell him to stop and say it was bad luck, so I made this jam based on his melody.
I watched a few episodes of Metalocalypse and Dethklok inspired me to make this jam. I don't think it turned out "metal" enough though. The harmonized sweep arpeggios were the hardest to play. Hope you like it.

Greg Connor added his amazing harp to the song. It really adds depth to it. I love Greg's playing on the song. Thanks so much, Greg! This is why Alonetone is great.

PAGAN MAN
Pagan man in a pagan land
You need britches britches
Sell 'em to the Indian
Trade 'em to the Indian
Dump 'em on the Indian
Pagan man in a pagan land
You need horses, horses
Sell 'em to the Indian
Trade 'em to the Indian…

We've always adored this song, there is another version but decided to re-record it. Now I think the Good Wife sounds quite good, when I think of the crap health problems she endured over the last 4 years. I am bias of course !!!! Lastly apologies…
I wrote this little ditty back in May, did an acoustic demo and then played it to one or two people. I always meant to do something a bit more, er, "expansive" with the thing... So I stuck it in the corner for a bit and forgot about it.

Lyrics:
I don’t care for love and happiness
I got myself a yacht and a mansion
I don’t believe in God and religion
I got myself sixty four billion
Greed, greed, greed is what I need
Greed, greed, greed is what…
This song has been sat on the marvellous mechanical mouse organ in the broom-cupboard for well over a year.
A few weeks ago I got a bit of a scare - the mouse organ nearly broke down (in the middle of sorting out Delta Dawn). While I was fixing…
Just an experiment from a while back using multiple delay units. I hated it initially, but after not hearing it for a few months I decided there were enough interesting moments to warrant sharing.
angel delight
as soon as i awoke i ran downstairs to my laboratory
to see what my strange attractor had brought me
at first it had been disappointing: a few wisps of smoke
some sea-shells and butterfly wings
but this time i found something…
