Now that’s a powerful song! I could feel the emotion dripping out of it. Great visual image of “drive until the signal dies”. Well done! You have raised the standard for all of us . . . again.
The other night I was sitting out watching a little fire in my backyard, and thinking about how useless it is to let the past dictate our present and future. This one is dedicated to all of us with relationships in our history that have no place…

Just to set the record straight, Yes, I played guitar and bass on this, but Colleen mixed it after we had a brainstorming session on how to do it. Nice Mix Colleen!

Steve developed this beautiful track with his ukulele and I added some lyrics to make a "positive message" song for the times we are in.... Hope it makes you smile too...

Very positive and uplifting and a feel between Dolly and Emylou. Lovely coming out of the darkness of your Twin Cities. I'm sorry there has been so much hurt there, clash that sadly is like 50 years ago again because it is. Change has to come in the unnecessary loss of George. Thanks for the kind words to my track earlier Colleen. It's good to discovery you and Andrew also in your circle.

You had me with "If I start by making a better me / It will help to make a better we" ... I was listening without reading what it was about. In fact, I didn't make the connection until after I had finished the first listen. But it was "wooooo" ... You've created a song that gets to the heart of a thing without being tied to the thing that made the writer write it... that's magical... I agree with Greg - it's an anthem... wow... many thanks for saying what many of us think, feel, and wanted to say....
This is my contribution to the Song Writing Challenge: Write a song about "First Date".

Here's another awesome song! Love your guitar playing on the break.... I think you've been secretly laughing in the corner on some of my recent first dates. You've got this nailed!!!! Great singing too!
A Christian musician who worked with inmates at a juvenile prison told me a lot of these people had never heard a Bible story … much less of Jesus. I decided then to start doing more spiritual tunes.
P.S. I was having a totally crappy morning, in a bit of funk-o-rama. Thanks for helping me remember how fun it is to sing anything at all when you're in need of a boost! You're awesome!
Hope for, and then despair from the misunderstanding of You by other people gives way to the realization of the fact that you are always alone. And all living creatures around you, too. The real miracle is not the tricks of preachers, but the…
The epochs are changing, the kaleidoscope of events is spinning faster and faster. The horizon of events, as the beginning of the rainbow, is not possible to reach. Which does not mean that there is no way for others.

I created this track after uncovering the bassline first, realising it was one of those riffs that could go on and on. I didn't get bored of it so must be ok! Then came the hard work of writing something interesting over it. The main melody came…
