Originally on my [24-hour album](http://alonetone.com/colingarvey/playlists/24-hours-of-aargh) back in 2008, I've added an invisible rhythm section and remixed it. I may do this with a few more old tracks I didn't quite get right first time round.

Colin, this album has to be the most inspiring albums I've ever heard! Ruth in your life is a blessing to you & you can hear it in voice. BRAVO! Thank you for sharing this album. w;-) p.s., I actually got misty eyed listening, those memories of my son when he was little, they all came rushing back!

I don't think it's too dark. It's honest. It shows a kid that he or she can be comfortable with themselves, particularly while alone. I've heard it said that you can't be with anyone if you can't be alone by yourself. ER
