When I wrote this it was a cold cloudy and dark winter night here in vancouver but I was sitting in my room and was just in a sunny state of mind. I then picked up my Uke and started fiddlin around searching for a breezy chord progression, then…
This is a song that started as just an idea I had playing live one lovely thursday evening and I just started playing this progression and sang some gibberish over it and I came up with the "chorus" part and and the Idea of asking questions in…

Great track - but then, these are the best changes. Aren't they? I love these changes. Beautiful, beautiful sound - I mean, to be precise, the playing of the sound, as this is a sound that needs playing. - and as I think about all of it and the player is jumping through the next tracks, wow, I really like your songs and playing, and all the sounds, instrument, voice, are rich and thick and beautiful. Dropped in to say thanks for the kind words and am leaving with more than I came to offer! But that's how it seems to work around here.
Thanks for the comment Corbin. In fact it's all loops. I am primarily a bass player and dabble with keys. I love your blues guitar. Reminds me of my last band which was a bluew band called "The Howard Johnson Blues Band" out of the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. Stoke it slow man.

well I thiiink it was one of the maaaany times in which we would go down to the pMundo beach by the river build a fire, burn one (a couple) down and jam out loud, where I came up with this beautiful chord progression. It was then about a week…
Wish I could play blues like that! Very soulful. Makes me want to break out my guitar and rip off some licks. Nice guitar sound! Cool. This one needs a backing track though but I like the sparseness of it.
Had to do this one on the fly before an open mic night....
Sorry about the quality...
Came up with the song this morning ......
One take... GTR+MIC on one tracks (doubled up), Played live....

A tune composed late in 2009, i've released it as well as other two tracks and some photos from a friend of mine as a micro-ep recently for free! Enjoy!
This is using a tuning I borrowed from The Smashing Pumpkins, which goes E-A-D-G#-B-E. Not…
The first recorded version of this song, this little folk song was originally written fifteen or so years ago with just the four chord rhythm guitar and single vocal. The song became what it is today when I needed to write additional verses for…
greaaat song. It's like a moving train that flows on tracks make of water and drifts through a world of safe-haven and wonderment as I lay in a meadow of sun fairies.
This is a piece Norm and I collaborated on last year. We hope you will enjoy it.
two improvised 12 string guitar lines
bass line ( I took a few takes)
improvised piano
Norm's percussion in Tumbao rhythm
I was walking down an empty street late one night and thinking of different things while the fire of a song was burning in my head. then took the situation and looked at the parrellels in my life and from that came this song.
hope you like it! :)
this is pretty ruff, but i don't see myself rerecording it anytime soon plus i can't find the lyrics and i'm too lazy to write them down ... anyways. i guess its just a bunch of thoughts about God, a little dramatic. enjoy!
