Mesmerizing arpeggios... intriguing to hear the melody rise out of it all.

The long sustain on the piano and the Moorish progressions do give this a "warm desert" feel, very contemplative and soothing. The flute accompaniment was a nice touch... I'd love to meet the flute player, she has quite a set of lungs (smirk)... those are some long un-interrupted passages of notes... that, plus the quiet beauty of this kept me holding my breath. What great holiday ad-Ventures she is having! This is very nicely done (although I would BOOST the talking at the beginning to hear the banter better.) The cool surf music and quirky lyrics got me smirking all day now! ttfn, Drakonis

Delicious dark ambient. The repeated "slithering" sound effects are a little loud in the mix... I would back them off a bit, and maybe have them slowly come and go to add interest. But the slowly morphing chords are hypnotizing... takes me off to Babylon-5-land :-) The ending was unusual, which is probably a good thing, and although it was on the verge of humorous, I can always use a smile. I feel the warm sunset on my face, the cool salty breeze makes me zip up my jacket as I stroll along the beach, slowly parting the sandpipers ahead of me on the crimson path along the shore. This is great... I love the occasional "major surprise" chord in there. ttfn, Drakonis

Brava for a song for babushka. This has a warmth and beauty. A sweet tribute, wonderfully sung and played.

Pretty melodic harmonies, juxtaposed with a relentless beat and a little grit in the mix to create an air of tension. It is the beautiful girl who will not tell you certain disturbing things about her past :-)
