This is an answer to the question posed to me by Bethan Mathis. This is how I've been feeling this week. I'm okay. I've just come to the realization about the rhythm of life.

Right back at you .... "Been there, done that".
Sometimes I think that the more different we think we are, the more we're just the same, or at least our situations seem similar.
I guess that's the long way of saying that I can relate to your song.

This is a song about losing a friend. It was written after I attended her funeral. I am the type of artist given to bouts of self-examination, and this song is a result of one of those bouts.

Here's another one with the honkey tonk style of piano. I wrote this song some time ago using my usual mix of guitars, then decided to see what it might sound like using the piano. The new instrument gave the song an entirely different sound…
Sam did a great job on this song. Both the lead and backing vocals are hers. The song could use a little editing, but I thought you'd all like to hear it anyway.
Enjoy.

Keith Landry used his considerable vocal talents on this song, and he made a decent song sound great. I added one or two harmonies, but the lead vocals are his. I think he did a great job. What do you think?

Time for a little humor. I had my wisdom teeth pulled last year, and the pain was debilitating. When I got the right pain meds, I felt so much better that I wrote this song. Colin added his considerable vocal talents and his harmonica and brought…

Thanks ER. I can relate to this track. I seem to be in a continual state of self examination. Never quiet sure of my footing in the life. It does make for good tunes. Just remember to keep at least one foot on the ground, and dangle the other over the edge. Sorry for you loss and take care. -JG

Thanks for the listens ER. Glad you enjoyed my improv...I have been trying different ways of doing hammer-ons in different tuning. Some of the parts in that kind of reminded me of percussion more then guitar. :)
2010 24 hour challenge. Record a 24 minute song in less then 24 hours.
Work has been so crazy music has been taking a back seat. I might have to try this concept again to get anything done on the creative side of things. :)
Listened to the whole album and heard a mix of Pink Floyd and punk and, dare I say it, some psychadelic influences. Interesting mix to say the least. Will be back for more.

Guitar by Andy Samford, featuring Clarke McMurray and Bob Sorace on backing vocals. Clarke also plays the cool little keyboard riff.
This one is all about writers' block and RPM.
V: C - Bb - F - G / C - Bb - G - C
C: C - Eb Bb - Ab / C…
Listened to your album and liked every song. You have a good ear for what sounds go well together and a talent for song construction. Will be back for more.

Just a little cover tune I did in preparation for last year's live RPM Challenge album "Letters."
Nylon string Yamaha travel guitar, vocals, and one mic... Missed notes and all.
Had this one written before the end of year. Finally hit the record button a couple of weeks ago with some electric rythym guitar tracks and built it from there. I was having a problem getting the song to mix right and had an idea to try a different…
I wrote this song for my beloved doughter.
Lyrics:
Eva written 28-1-13 by Inge
Fairy, you’re a fairy and very very pretty
I call you Coockie, you are my coockie cause you were born to eat
Choosing your right hand as your best friend
You…
My man,
I wrote this song for my husband, who I love very much.
He is so special to me.
He makes me feel myself.
And I love him the way he is.
lyrics:
My Man written feb 2013
You walked straight into my life
But you could’t know cause…
Leave something for me,
I wrote this song for my dear friends who are close to me, who I love and respect.
Lyrics:
Leave something for me ,by Inge februari 2013.
Spinning round up and down and you’re wandring what it’s all about…
Listened to the entire album and liked each song. BTW - it's pronounced Ro-day-o drive. And how can you take the bus to Hawaii? If you can get there by bus, you must be from an alternate reality.
Well done.

This just sort of fell out of my guitar as I was finishing up recording Tuolumne (so it is also in super-weird CGDGAC tuning). And it's named because what caught my eye as I was searching for a name was a bass guitar pick with an eagle on it.
Listened to your entire album and gawd to I wish I could play like you do! I can strum but I just can't fingerpick. Well done, sir. This last one seems to have some air of whimsey to it. This seems to show your sense of humor. I liked it.
Good music, sir.

Love the guitar and bass work on this song. I don't think I stay on the same theme or stay on task for 24 minutes. Good job on this. ER

I agree with your lyrics wholeheartedly. Nice funk groove, sir. ER
This is like the overture to a rock opera. Reminds me vaguely of Quadrophenia and Tommy. ER
