A cowrite with Michelle
We’ve all done things we’re not proud of
Broken promises and painful regrets
We’ve all said things that would have been better left unsaid
When you’ve gone as far as you can go
There’s no more to see no more…
I’m a long way from home
Open road in front of me
What’s lost when you think you feel free
Feels like something missing
I left it with you
Must be a piece of me
I don’t know what is about this town
It’s dragging me down dragging me down…
Hey, I really like this. The slide work is great. Q: do you find the resonator to be substantially louder compared to a regular acoustic ? Just wondering, as I busk and was thinking I might try and find one at some point (if I ever have enough money). I gotta check out more of your stuff :-)

well I thiiink it was one of the maaaany times in which we would go down to the pMundo beach by the river build a fire, burn one (a couple) down and jam out loud, where I came up with this beautiful chord progression. It was then about a week…

PORTAL and HAPPINESS and TIME are three of the songs on my new CD, EUREKA. Short pieces.
TIME
There was a time when I figured my Chevy van would last forever
I guess that was back when I was about thirty
And there was a time when I thot…

4 stereo guitar tracks played out one at a time.
Another late night - early morning recording.
I like to keep a positive attitude about the things that haunt me, but sometimes dreams change course unexpectedly, and the worms creep in.
This is a great album, excellent mix of electronics (Jeremy Camp) and female vox (Girl named Sam). Check the rest of it out at the RPM site or their reverbnation link.
just finished this one, represents a slightly new direction i am taking i think.
i am particuarly proud of the polyrhythmic sound i achieved. i was worried it mite become too cluttered (at the beginning) but i think i achieved clarity.
Just a basic dance track because its just fun to bounce around sometimes. Also another excuse to use a growly bass sound... a "60 Hz Hum Bass" soundfont I had clearly neglected for too long.
Comments on kavin.'s stuff
Good tune. BW
WOW! I really like the Vortices. They really blend beautifully. Just close your eyes, sit back and space out. Nice work!

Another thumbs up tune with sincere lyrics. :)
Definetly different, in a good way. Would be nice in a soundtrack. Fun listen :-)

Great stuff, Rick. I like very much the almost classical/rock approach here.
