Just an experiment from a while back using multiple delay units. I hated it initially, but after not hearing it for a few months I decided there were enough interesting moments to warrant sharing.

Nice wide open FX's. stereo bounce Yaaaa! Nothin better to keep the tempo. but more, infinity delay, reverse?. sweet sounds Kirk. The guitar is indeed magical
Quick recording of a new set of pipes I'm working on. Long winded explanation- prior to the late 19nth century most Irish pipes featured very small bores and finger holes and were pitched well below modern concert pitch. I've always loved them…

This track is from the 1986 Scartaglen album "The Middle Path". The first tune "Jezaig" was composed by Breton musician Gilles Le Bigot. The second tune is one of the "Cantigas de Santa Maria" and is attributed to King Alfonso X of Spain

Love playing with delay! So many creative uses and opportunities. What delay pedal(s) or software are you using for this? Very relaxing piece. Dreamy. Reverse delay is my favorite. :)

More ambient experimentation with my fretless guitar and Roland GR20. This time I used some sounds from the magnetic pickups as well as the midi pickup. Kind of a cheesy synth patch I know, but it was working for me!

This is an experiment in stacking real time delay/looped tracks that had no preconceived connections... all overdubs were done without listening to previously recorded tracks. I hear some very interesting synchronizations.... You?

This is another composition from the early 90, and also a bass line. I added some arrengements to it, and it was, eventually, the third part of a long 'spacial' suite called 'Mars'. I could upload the 'part one' bass line one day, which I think…

This is an loop station improvisation with my death metal strung up strat (low B - effectively a baritone guitar - which I did see one at Guitar Center a couple weeks ago) with some layered synths afterward.
Hopefully you'll find it as…

Two ambient guitar tracks recorded independently and stick together. I broke my rule of not using distortion on a BL piece, for the first time, believe it or no.
Ok... while i'm recording 'the big one', all straight from part I to part IX with my nylon guitar, I couldn't resist to do this little one.
I hope you like and or enjoy.
This is a song I made at my cabin last fall ... didn't have anything new to say so the lyrics are a bit out there ... anyway ... this is "Nothing new" ... all recorded on my Boss BR800
My version of this classic guitar instrumental. It was cool to learn that radio stations banned this back in the day since they thought it was too raunchy and violent, even though it didn't have any lyrics.

Amazing tune! I checked out Phil Keaggy's version of John the Revelator and it's superb. He's definitely a much better singer than I am!
