A moody solo acoustic thing that I came up with playing in a long forgotten tuning. Just got a new Zoom H4N, so this was recorded in my shop sitting at my reedmaking bench may 12 2009
I hesitate to upload this, but there are a couple folks around who like this sort of thing. This is an edited down version of a jam I had with myself back at the end of 2007. Live to 2 tracks with the aid of the Jamman. I think it was the first…
What happened after too much time on youtube watching live vids of "voodoo chile" Noisy obnoxious and very cathartic for me! Live to 2tracks with the Jamman
Solo acoustic guitar recorded January 2nd 2009. Hope to do a longer more developed version at some point ,but for now just a short version to learn more about using new DAW software.
I'm a complete idiot when it comes to all things midi related. Recently got myself a midi keyboard though and came up with this short piece just messing with sounds in Proteus. Really looking forward to the possibilities of combining this sort…
Great to hear that your adding midi to your setup! If definitely opens up a whole new world. Better watch out or you'll become addicted!. Nice sounds in this. Very rich and immersive. I like the water droplet type sounds.
Sitting around in my shop a couple of days ago with the Goodall and the Zoom H4N. First time I've really messed with using the internal mics on the H4N in multitrack mode
That Zoom HN4 sounds really nice! Makes me jealous! I just have a Zoom H2 but it's pretty good also. Some really nice and beautiful guitar playing here. Thanks for listening and commenting on my newest song.

Similar in feel to the other Fragile Moment track. Mostly acoustic guitars recorded sitting in my shop on the H4N and then finished up in Cubase just this morning. September 9 09. Maybe a nice one for bedtime
I electrified my psaltery and played it in various ways in an tuning adjusted by ear. Probably some JI of some type then. I played along with some modified drum loops and ran it through effects of course.
Final version
it needs a fiddle but it has a mandolin, a chicken banjo and some excellent backing vocalists

Only in Disneyland is a 17 note per octave guitar solo. This was recorded direct in a Alesis multimix 8 into Sonar X1 with Lexicon reverb and Sonitus multiband EQ / compression.

The original version of this song was composed, written and mixed on board of the night train to Berlin, in 2004. Here is an updated version number…
