Reg heard the color of the lonely street by Vaisvil and Norbert and got himself all Jazzy inside.... so he's released it .........by going out for a walk along the lonely street..........
Reg has nipped down the cellar tonight to contemplate the big question...this is what he came up with ...he could be wrong who knows...and now he's going for a nice hot bath...............

Love the synth work in the quirky intro, right off the bat, then you hit me with your drawling in-yer-face big attitide vox! What's not to love?! Blondie Reg. Yeah man!

Well it's hit poor old Reg hard today that it's finally over between him and Desirea so he's written a blues song to exorcise his pain........I've actually tried to put my own drum beat down on this one by using the keyboard as my drums and working…
The husbands point of view to this one http://alonetone.com/thetworegs/tracks/your-never-too-old-to-be-a-fool-w-the-old-grey-wolf..... Well Reg has taken on the part of the wronged husband and has been dwelling on his problems all day and now…
Well Reg couldn't end on a bad note tonight not after listening to Norms new track so here's a lovey dovey one to end the night in the hope that Reg can find true love ....it is possible isn't it?........Thanks Norm
Well... I have a feeling that many of us may wish for a 2020 do-over. So here's a simple song to make that wish for us all!
Oh Mulligan
I wake up every morning
My jaw is clenched so tight
Even in my dreams it’s a battle
Who’s wrong and…
Music written and performed by Mike Smith, also known as Dragonsong.
When Mike first asked me to read this poem, he believed it was written around the time of the Spanish Flu...but, our sources say no. It was most likely written by Kitty O…
I wrote this one in response to a song writing challenge from the Minnesota Association of Songwriters. The title had to be Mississippi Moon and it had to have a I V VI I II chord progression somewhere in the song. Over 20 writers have signed…
This is the last song on The edge of Winter but it is not finished there is another part yet to be written ...
Winter's tale of woe : Part 1 - The end of winter. Part 2 - The last snowstorm
This is an oldie. Recorded in 2005. It was the first recording I finished on a DAW, but I'd played it a lot in the last band I was in (around the turn of the century). I think it was written in the mid 90s. It's about one of the casualties of…
This is a true story. Im pretty sure this guy still has a taxi job on the night shift in Denver.
Too long since I’ve posted a song. Most importantly, I got Norm to dust off the skins and record some percussion for me. Good to hear Norm and…
Tim Chandler was a tall man with a big heart and a great sense of humor. He was the bassist for a number of bands including Daniel Amos, The Choir, and The Swirling Eddies. He also played bass on sessions and tours for Phil Keaggy, Randy Stonehill…

And this is the last of the little threesome of In Your Hands, Little Thing, and this one, When I Try To Be Me.
It's in the key of 4th fret and was written just over a month later than the other two, on 19th March…
Do you ever have an idea / song that you just need to get out of you and recorded, even though it's so rough that you'll want to re-do it over and over again? This is one of those for me....
Drive Until The Signal Dies
Verse 1
Your Silence…

Now here's a bit of an oldie - the second song I ever wrote. In... 1978!
I think I played it once, or maybe twice, at school assemblies. My musical peers and colleagues back then dismissed it as corny/rancid pop music…

OK, let's delve once more into the magical shoebox of unused songs...
I've already recorded several that were written in 1994 (Sleeping with the Ghost, Elizabeth's Room, With Mum Again, If You Knew, A Hundred and…
Well you’ve proved to yourself your not “crap” reminds me of something my father would say to me time and time again “ don’t touch that you’ll break it “ and I normally did. Pleased you saved this one from the shoe box an excellent lyric love it pie pod bound along with all your others 😁

I wrote this song about my father and Dementia/Alzheimer's over a year and a half ago. We just finished the song and video, kind of surreal because Dad is in a nursing…
My mother recently died of Alzheimer’s after a long illness and I can say you’ve certainly captured the disease with this track, the desperate confusion, the fear and loss an excellent bit of work . My heart goes out to you or anyone who has to deal with Dementia it’s a horror You grieve while the loved one is still alive.
After the lockdown, I felt Out of the Darkness. It's still a long way to go but at least I can breath fresh air and walk immersed in nature once again.

Oh my! I've come over all faint.
Super slinky Reg! Love the bluesy music.
Another really cool vocal. Great song Reg! What's this about a gangster movie? Ok, I'll look after the kids!
That voice!!!
Thank you Reg! I could say the same about this!
Norm, you're driving!
The synth work is heavenly. I want to do the percussion for the car chase scene in the Savage gangster movie.
Nice guitar, vocal, lyrical work on this. The reason is the path of choices that define who we are - and yes it is inside.
I'm having a great night. This gets my second "This is seriously hot!" flag of the night.
If I was in a gangster movie, I would insist this was on the soundtrack.
Love the synth work in the quirky intro, right off the bat, then you hit me with your drawling in-yer-face big attitide vox! What's not to love?! Blondie Reg. Yeah man!
Don't forget the original idea was Norbert at the piano!!
Beuatiful collaboration, gents.
Great vocal interpretation! Thanks Reg!!
Good one.
You are doing yourself an injustice. This is a great song and you perform it really well.
Excellent lyrics! Strong vocal performance.
Very emotional indeed! Extremely well done guys. Super!
Cool as a mountain stream!
Damn Dude! What can I possibly say to do this justice? I'm in love with this'n Reg! Please tell the other Reg for me, that I am a fan.... LG
