It is what it is. It's throwaway but I'm relatively pleased. Was going for something slightly Kinksy/Nilssonesque - sort of Vauderville..

Wow. All that name dropping. You justified the making of this quickie RPMC album. thanks SG

Overlapping noise-based drones playing time & tone shifted noise tracks ,often dozens of copies of a single source, off and against each other to create beat frequency throbs, overlapping rhythms and near chords.

The reminds me of the sort of stuff Eno was recording around the "Apollo" era. Classic ambient soundscapes here. Nice Fripp style on the guitar too.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of the RPM Challenge. So the screwing around I do today should be either tossed or posted to avoid the temptation of using it in my RPM album...

Rough and Slow acoustic version of the more poppy [lifeline glu and sudara collaboration](http://alonetone.com/doublemeanings/tracks/lifeline). If you like 4 minutes of the same 3 chords, you'll LOVE this song. Now that I have two microphones…

Sorry I'm replying so late, in response to your question, I do listen to the singers unlimited but only a few of their songs. I am more influenced by the Manhatten Transfer and New York Voices. And this is only one person not a whole group.

A further march down the road in acl's evolution - and one of the many directions we've been dying to get to... it's, ummm, water-y. (And this song is especially dedicated to J Wentz.)
