You and your sister (cover)
Lady Jane
I got me a new mic and a pre-amp and I picked up the Jumbo Eko (I’ll do this again when my fingertips have recovered). I tried to do finger picking when I was a teen, but didn’t pursue it as it seemed like too much hard work at the time. Today, this happened.
Topped with ambient strings, flute and viola played on my M-Audio KeyStudio, here’s a cover of This Mortal Coil’s ‘You and Your Sister’, complete with bum notes.
Their version is awesome.
Somebody requested I do this song a few years ago … better late than never!
Enjoy

..lovely sincere vocal performance and no hissing ;-)
Oh my - loving your higher register as well! Your voice sounds like it's floating through the clouds... Absolutely beautiful.
I brought my Jumbo Eko in 1969, when I left school. I love that Guitar, Battered & Torn as it is .....I love it... like this song
beautiful!! simply beautiful - Chris
Nice Innocent, touchy voice...really hits the right spots. also, nice finger pickin':)
sings like an angel
I do like the gentleness of your voice ... and nice harmonies ... very beautiful melody.
Well done , very nice. Im sure your fingers are burning lol. They will harden up soon enough x
Good one.
Your guitar playing is fine. Sounds like something Leonard Cohan would do.
Well, not heard their version (or even of them!), but this sounds fab, bum notes and all :)
That is a beauty! Sweet vocal and harmony..love the added colours and crisp recording.
That's really pretty. If you double your vocal tracks and use one each with less effect the words would be understandable.
