Another one pulled from the archive...I was really into soundtrack scoring when I was making this track. Headphones advised for full range on this one…
I wish my CD players in the vehicles worked so I could listen to your stuff in wav format when I drive..time to get new CD players I guess! Great song.

I love the fill at 1:40 that sounds like it should build into a nice hard vibrato Kim Thayil solo. The bridge that kicks in at 2:16 is an excellent addition to a solid theme. My only gripe is the crash being panned hard left. I think it either needs less extreme panning or some reverb panned half way to the right to help balance its place in the mix.

My friend Frank Miller did a drum improvisation track at my request - and I then improvised lyrics, vocal, and guitar with a bit of touch up. This was the first track we did together since 1979.

the first multi track piece that I actually finished "in the box" in Cubase. An ambient kinda thing that grew out of playing around with the Line 6 DL4. Not sure I like the bow parts, but I may re do it later

This spooky track utilizes the "Paulstretch" program to stretch recordings of gongs, chimes and bells to 8.04 times their native length: no other effects were made to these acoustic recordings other than to stretch them. The gongs utilized are…
This song came from a lyric that never made it to a song...
"Beholders Shape Perception Whilst Their Views Control Intention. Objects Outline Power Through A Stalemate Of Opinion....."
I forgot what the lyric was about and tried to interpret…
I really dig the lyric. I have lines like that on random pieces of paper scattered about. I'll have to hope over to youtube now to check the vid. Cool stuff T, very nice.
Killer Chris. It should be played on a rooftop, really loud into the streets below. Kind of like the solo in "the crow"...just not as cheesy ...and in 19 edo ;)

@Tess-...I love the declaration "First" here on A.T....it always makes me laugh.
@ Norm- love it. I like the panning as well, and also love the complex pattern build, especially toward the middle. First class A+ percussion.
This is my contribution to the Angie Fights Crime project titled "Sunny Sorta"...." It's 12 songs written by A.F.C. and performed by 12 different artists.
I chose Honky Tonk Prison because I knew it would rock and roll :)

mm this is fantastic :)
Dude. Soooooo good.
Awesome!
This is a fabulous foundation for a rocking tune. I'm trying to figure out what vocal style would fit, though. I'm thinking Layne Staley.
That double kick is insane!! The break at 2:11 is a nice touch, especially where it builds at 2:27.
Fantastic jam :)
