Its my first attempt at writing a piece for piano. I think this would probably best be played by two players..
if I ever write out the piece on paper, it might have to be so.
I would value any of your comments greatly, as I greatly want to improve…
A simple 3-part "round" or canon with variations, showing my children how you can devise a melody that can stack on top of itself like offset puzzle pieces, which will then make its own harmony (with a nod to the master of rounds and fugues, J…
I'm very proud of this one, Especially the middle section where the melody drastically changes.
Yes, I know this is very short.. But this one, the 2 preceding it and the next few piano pieces, I use to learn how to compose for piano. After that…
Hi friend,,, Doors songs are great arn't they? i just did one crystal ship,,, i was thinking about doing this next it's such a cool song,, not to mention it's very true to heart... i guess we have all felt strange at one time or another,,, well played
This is a filler piece for this cool new CD I'm working on. I got this Clint movie thing working pretty good :) Think of it as our hero horsebackin' it across the plains in the land of the big sky.
I think the piano has a bit of Robert Nichols…
Nice music,,, sounds like two 4 note run ons to my ear,(is that right?, actually i hear them as c,b,a,g, then d,c,b,a),, anyway they work very well,, it's really great the way you find a simple progression (and i mean that as a complement) and make it beautiful..
Another one from the dusty special price bin! It started off as a Pilot cover, but it didn't end up that way.
Dave Berry added the excellent tele solos and the crazy cool noises at the end. Thanks bro, you rock!
I spent more time on this…
Today, I did a live improv basically because I had to.
For some history, back when I was doing song-a-day in August, I was generally doing my daily song as the last thing of the day. It worked well. It gave me a nearly a full day to come up with…
a simple piece that i find quietly compelling
and when i say simple, i mean that as a complement,,, most good instrumental/classical builds from the simple to the sublime, through creative artistry.. sorry for the run on,, i enjoyed this piece
also very nice,,, i want to ask, though i am not sure how,,, what sort of style is your music considered in russia,, modern rock? though i am not from there i think i hear bits of traditional ethenic? is yours a blend of different styles? also are you mostly a studio musician or do you play in clubs and live... sorry for the long note,,, i am just a bit curious about the music world far from my own
wonderful flavor....expressive magic, as i tap my toes, i am transported for a few moments far from my s cal desert home --- nice arrangement, great strong instrumental tracks, that back up your strong voice
very nice friend... you are from a different branch of the piano music family, then myself,at least thusfar, i can only say that your music makes me want to go to the keyboard and play and explore ,,, your sounds open up a whole new world for me... thanks
"'Deixo' is is verb used in classical Greek to connote both a logical proof and a stylish display of oratory in the presentation of that proof. In our years of working together, Jessica has often requested for a viola sonata, and as I settled…
