Seems a Breeze (2020 Version)

I really wish I could sing.

This one was written for the 2014 50/90. I remember it clearly. I set up with the intention of working on something else but plugged in my guitar and played this without thinking about it. Well, I guess I was gonna do this first then, right? The song was complete in no time and then I went on to work on the thing I was originally planning on. Cool.

This version only has a couple of minor tweaks from the original. It’s more or less the same. I think I hurt myself singing the choruses. On the first pass I was actually clipping the input with all the shouting and had to redo pretty much all of it. I still don’t think it sounds good. The part is okay, the singer is not. Maybe I should hire someone. Is Freddy Mercury free these days?

The guitars are all Gibson ES-335 into a Klon KTR and a Malaise Forever Black Lives Matter and the amps are both a Vox AC15 and a Fender Bassbreaker 15. The lead guitar added a Mooer E-Lady… or Elec-Lady… they sell it under both names and I can’t remember which one I have… E-Lady, I think. Anyway it’s before the KTR in the signal chain.

that’s the way
It’s got to be

a lifetime
of you and me
last forever

seems a breeze

get through whatever

you will see
You and I

Can see it through

with a love

that’s always true

Although, picking this one at random for another play, this one's got the same live in a room vibe - mebbe I'm talking crap!! LOL

Singing sounds great!!!! The guitars are awesome too. Fingers might have bled a bit on that solo I'm guessing...

Saved!
