I couldn't resist crossing swords with Alex on this deft song of his which left me quite touchéd!
*Inspired in part at least by accidental meat on meat.*
Here's the original track.
This is really nice work - laid back and exotic. Very nice balance between the music and the percussion - tastefully done. Since I'm listening before the description went up I'm very curious who you collaborated with - they did a nice job on the music.
Solo acoustic guitar recorded January 2nd 2009. Hope to do a longer more developed version at some point ,but for now just a short version to learn more about using new DAW software.
Improvisation is what I love, finding out about things (when there is a little time).
I also post the video where I have used it in. Hedgehogs were here last year in our garden, and now they start coming back from hibernation. Uk, the hedgehog…

A blast from the past. Still sounds great, Chris.

Stirring and shaken. :) Great tribal beats (I imagine)!
A whole kaleidoscope of sound. Neato!!
Very interesting the possibilities with this 17 per octave division

Totally pro, Chris. Great, great work.
Fantastic stuff
agree with Kirk, this is my 3rd listen here and at IF. Like the spare arrangement and the backward cymbals. The comic brings back a memory, too.
Very cool piece of work!
A unique sound from possibly one of the most unique new collab talent mixes I have heard for a while.
Very nice man! dig it!
Excellent!!!
To quote Dorthy Parker: "That poor SOB". Strong work Chris!

beautiful Richard - very beautiful.
and this is beautiful
cool vibe and story!
this could be in a music box
perhaps my favorite of the set - I like the melody
I hear something of Beethoven and Chopin in this - delicate introspection.
lovey - very soft candle light music.

Man I just *love* your voice. The music and mood is great - but you have a great voice. Bummer on the injury.

you certainly did this one justice - lovely!
exquisite! The choral entrance is set up extremely well.
