My first Christmas original just off the presses with that cowboy, spaghetti western style.
Paul: Why don't you try Jingle Bells or something
Geas: Oh God,No, I hate the classics... that sucks......
Paul: Yea that does suck. Try emmmm, Oh Holy…
This is a special request by Sister.
It's kinda sloppy. Frankly, because I suck at it :)
I'm not much of a cover musician but I gave it hell.
It's mostly analog. MIDI drums, DB33 organ patch,
strat leads, and Ibanez chords, Dean bass…

Wasting away another weekend with some scales and mode practice on the synthesizers.
all the percussion is from the Juno drum patches and my fingers.
For you folks out there who enjoy the mode stuff this is Phrygian in A
A,Bb(A#),C,D,E,F,G,(A)
@MMI the A# is the enharmonic equivalent. Theoretically though, it should be a Bb.
as most classical teachings do not use the same letter twice in a scale. :D In Western music though, A# and Bb are the same note. Unless your trying for microtones and such.
Good call on the hip hop beat. Not everything has to rap!!!
Rift is an instrumental (I've been doing a lot of that lately)from The "Orange Morning" Album. Its a seven song album of various instrumentals created for an upcoming project that combines the power of intension, subliminals and brainwave technology…
Another in my ongoing series of experiments with the Reaktor instrument 'Metaphysical Function'.
This was produced and recorded entirely in Reaktor with the resulting AIFF file converted to MP3 using Fission.
In this piece I start with one…
Instrumentation: fretless bass, tabla, acoustic and distorted acoustic guitar, hang drum samples (courtesy of Sudara), soft synth (AAS Ultra Analog), ambient sample of the jungle (pitched down two octaves) a sprinkle of ebow (from my Sudara files).
Several years ago I had a short lived duo with an oboe and English horn player named Nat. This is a demo from that period. It's an old old chord progression of mine that never really had a melody and Nat improvised this melody in the studio to…
I wrote this in Tombstone Ariz.
Lyrics never came. A buddy of mine had a studio and we played with this song for about 16 hours.
It's a good song to drive to.

I like this E.R. a happy little tune, but the lyrics reminded me that my ship is still at sea! It should be here when I'm 64 :D
