Wind Voices

Several years ago I had a short lived duo with an oboe and English horn player named Nat. This is a demo from that period. It’s an old old chord progression of mine that never really had a melody and Nat improvised this melody in the studio to my guitar synth part
Beautiful! Love the oboe sound.
Oh, wonderful stuff!
One of the most beautiful things I have ever heard!
I kinda was hoping for it to kick in with a cinematic feel about 50 seconds in, If you ever consider such a thing, Check out www.soundsonline.com
Holy crap man, this is incredible.
This is big open prairie music. Out between Dodge City and Denver. I can see the buffalo grazing and the hawks slowly circling somewhere between the bent grasses and a wisp of cloud.
Gosh I just love the sounds of those instruments. Very nice harmony, a sweet melody, and a nice balance of sounds.
So gorgeous...perfect.
Loved the oboesque solo voice, very lyrical. Not so sure about the FM harp/bell sounding thing. Beautiful composition though.
Beautiful music from a thoughtful mind. Dean FH Macy EPI Masterworks

Beautifully done. Something about the oboe is stirring.
...nice tone/melody here. Thanks for the recent comment on Christmas (Joy). That was an older, more simple mix that seemed a bit more ?? authentic somehow. Best to you today. ks

Hey Kirk. Beautiful music here. Thanks for checking out our tunes as well. Glad you dig it :)
Kirk - this is just beautiful. It left me breathless! Wonderful work! w;-)
Enchanted music - makes me think of soaring birds. Wonderful, as ever.
Sweet - glad to see you digging things up from the archives. I seem to remember you had that duo...unless it was pre-1990 or whenever it was we first met.
Reminds me of my old clarinet days. I adore the woodwinds. What else you got stashed away for us?
Wind voices, yes, it does remind me of windchimes. Very melancholy and lilting, love it.
