I listened to this album last night three or four times in a row... back this morning for more. I admit I am just getting started with checking out all the 2013 RPM entries, but so far this is far and away my favorite. This will be downloaded and burned to disc before the end of the day -- as always, thanks for sharing!!
I'll tell you one thing for sure... I wouldn't trust no words written down on no piece of paper, especially from no Dickinson out in the town of Machine... you're just as likely to find your own grave.
very cool,, your sound/notes are rich and full, it all blends together very well,, seems like a very late night time, with the lights down low type of piece to me,,,

Dad wanted me to write him some funeral music. This is it. He's still alive at 91 and sings this song to himself and tears come to his eyes. I have a video of Dad and me singing a duet of this song.

A Song I wrote about a friend of mine who used to Jump out of planes a lot.
This is one of the hidden tracks on my new album "Black Cat" which features Beth, Keith and Reewfwalker from alonetone and Geir and Jim from Songcrafters.

An experiment that became a meditation.
Two tracks. One guitar, one looper, one e-bow, two tracks and a touch of Live's Overdrive effect on the second e-bow track.
The starting premise was could I get the sound of many guitars by continually…
This is a tune I picked up from alonetone a while back. Johnny did a piano version of "I'd Love to Change the World", and Michael Thomas from Cave Street added the outstanding vocals.
When Michael told me he was doing the vox on it, I wanted…
Also nearly unchanged from the demo version, although it still needs a bit of revision. Kept the title this time.

1 Indian toy/souvenir bowed instrument of unknown name
Sorry for killing the comments when I deleted…
I am noticing a patter in the musics like at minute five to minute five and a half I start to slow down and change up the systems.. anyway when i mixed the two things they came out like this.

Great track and great film! Part of it was shot at an old wild west town not far from here. Excited to listen to the rest of these!
nice feeling to this, it gives off a heavy feeling of worry and hesitation while listening to it
sounds beautiful. great guitar work.

That slide guitar comes outta nowhere and fits right in. Definitely the feeling of floating thru space..
very nice. diggin' the fx
Quite a trip! Dub away, dub away :)
It'll take me a while to come back to earth after that one. Lovely stuff Man!
Love this...nice colors and textures...a sonic painting.
Yes Kirk, I've been on a dub jag, so thought I'd give it a whirl. The weirdness at the end is a mangled patch on the Animoog iphone app. Thanks.
That's a bit different for you. Very cool! Ring modulator towards the end there?
Love it! I've got to try at some point to get close to the textures you're able to create!
Imagining passing thru a nebula. Very cool.
There are some wonderful ethereal sounds on site at the moment and this is one of them. Enjoyed the listen
Groundbreaking guitar work amigo. Real cool.
That is amazing!
Are you related to Robert Fripp? It sure sounds like it. Man this is lovely. I could heart this 3 or 4 more times.
What JamesRainmondi said - masterwork here - stunning!
Taking guitar to a whole different level. Love how that percussive finger tapping morphed into almost a tabla sound against those swells.

another excellent alonetone artist that just dropped out of sight...
Wish I could get a clean gtr sound like this. My Tele has such a buzz. Nice.
Nice dynamics, method.
Great dynamics. Interesting method!
Great great James. I like the picture you took of him thru the window on FB.
this is wonderful!
Thanks Kirk, only guitar fx are the DL4, live looping, playing over a background of virtual Partch instruments altered and looped with Sound Doodle.
Nice violin and a bit of Latin vibe.
Great sounds in this playlist yawl! http://alonetone.com/inkfuel/playlists/near-the-east-coast-of-honshu Thanks for helping Japan.
cool sounds here. Like flute/synth/perc mix!
Still awesome ebowing!
Awesome additions to Johnny's version.
Excellent album, enjoying very much.
Yeah this is really good, didnt care for the autotune thing at the beginning, tho.
Nicely done, great album. Makes me want to read the book now.
Fantastic tone! Kinda short :(
Your songs are so tuneful, and great harmonies.
Cool piece acid but kind LOUD!
Wow. 2-3 minute ambient soundscapes. How do you do that? Like this project.
agree with Kirk, this is my 3rd listen here and at IF. Like the spare arrangement and the backward cymbals. The comic brings back a memory, too.
