Finally, at last... I've got something finished... Been working on this for a few weeks. A bit of a rocker... (and an aging lecherous one at that) I got it as close as I could and then mixed it loud... I've over-cooked it slightly - but…

Oh yeah. Great rocker and what fantastic vocal work. Love those guitars and I love the lecherous lyrics. Does not sound over-cooked to me, Andy; in fact it sounds bloody great with just the right amount of limiting.

(Remastered 22/10/2021) Here's the very latest from the broom-cupboard. I wrote it one dark night over 23 years ago. **** **All I Have To Do - A A J Russe** There isn’t much time to get this out You won’t hear me if I have to…

(Remastered 22/10/2021) I wasn't even sure the recording machine was still going to work after nearly five years... Certainly, bits of me don't work anymore... But, surprisingly, I got this done in 24 hours, start to finish... Strange old world…

I wrote this thing in 1994. When I played it to some friends back then they went "yeah, but where's the rest of it?" I've been struggling with that concept ever since. Then, a while ago, a couple of kindly souls removed that worry from me…

Next in the little pile of songs from the shoe-box. This one has the date 27th January 1994 written on it, but it's describing an episode from many years earlier when I was, I'm guessing, something like 12 or 13 years old. I had to go to a…

(Remastered 22/10/2021) I found this one while I was digging through the shoe-box for the 1994 songs. Apparently I wrote it on 10th November 1995. Foolishly, I thought it would only take a week or so to record... I was originally expecting…

I've disappeared into a total rabbit hole with these 70s/80s synths. This one features the ARP2600 (in several guises), the Jupiter 8, Prophet 5 and the Fairlight (what a machine that was back in the day!) This started in my head as another…

I was wondering what you meant by "reminds you of ELO", and then every now and then there was a momentary "oh yeah! I see what you mean", but then I don't know what bit it was that made me feel it!!! (So that's a good thing). Cool track, digging the bass sound.

So I had this song, not quite finished, I sort of insisted Greg Connor sing it, he also wrote the last verse. Steve Krell added the solo break. I think they helped to bring the song alive. Oh yeah, I'm in the Chorus ...... hiding Somewhere. :) :)
