Another angry song. My boss once handed me a spreadsheet about cost prices from vendors and said "I don't like the way this looks". I wondered if the upper management looked at salary costs the same way, and that led to this song.
One night I was seated in a lounge chair in my back yard when the thought ocurred to me. This is nice, but is this all there is? Is this the reason I work? Is this the reason I pay bills and worry about the future and make sure my kids do their…

To corporate America we're all just numbers on a page, but without all the numbers they'd be a blank page that's not worth shit.
Sing it brutha. Sing it.
For me, one of the side effects of unemployment is insomnia. I am the kind of person who worries about things, and often that worry extends into the night time hours. I sang this after a particularly difficult night. The vocals aren't the best…
It's almost Friday! The vocals sound very good to me. Unfortunately, many people can relate to your situation of insomnia and unemployment. Songs like this offer a bit of consolation to let them know that they're not alone. And that little bit gets them to Friday. Good Luck ER.

This one went through many iterations before turning into what you hear. A key breakthrough came when I stumbled upon that keyboard part for the verses. That opened the whole thing up.
Listened to the entire album and loved it. I've been listening to your music when you post it as Anchorage Drift and this album is just as good as anything I've heard.
Might be back to download.

Another song created from watching too much TV....

The Summertime's Leading me on (LiLR)

It was the last day of RPM and he asked me to write a lullaby for a track called Cornucopia. Very much enjoyed how easily this one flowed. That's my mum, Bee Mathis, adding class to the…

My tribute to Anne Boleyn, the first queen to be publicly executed in England. I used some of the poetry she wrote during her imprisonment in the chorus. An innocent, incomparable woman.
Wrote this and performed it for my mom's 70th birthday party. Our family is a bit crazy.
FORTY-THIRTY
Well, your birthday rolled around again
The way all birthdays do
And this year it’s a big one
Once again you’re sixty-two
I’m sorry…
The album was so good I ended up listening to some of the songs twice. Quality work once again, my friend. It's a shame we only hear from you once a year.

The first song started for RPM 2014, and the first song finished. The rhythm guitars are a doubled 12-string. The vocals are doubled, when not in harmony. Doubling has become one of the minor themes this year.
Listened to the entire album and this one made me laugh. I'll get my protein another way, thank you very much. Steak. Hamburger. Ribs. Cicadas, ant, and most of all roaches!

I've been messing with Jip's Gong Bong! Enjoy :o)
Do what you do, do it for you
Make your imaginings come true
Follow your dreams and not the crowd
Be you for you and shout it loud, shout it proud, yeah
See your big dream
Show your true self…

Great song. Should be an anthem for anyone stuck in the middle of corporate America. It's why I retired and became a bum :)
I didn't know you were in the Health care industry :D

First rate guitar playing, sir. Well done. ER
Good acoustic version of the song. Just as ragged as the electric, which makes it that much more appealing. ER
One of my favorite songs from you. The acoustic guitar gives this an entirely different feel than the electric version. I like it. ER
Very nice. Love the lyrics. ER
