A moody solo acoustic thing that I came up with playing in a long forgotten tuning. Just got a new Zoom H4N, so this was recorded in my shop sitting at my reedmaking bench may 12 2009

this is absolutely one of the most tasteful acoustic guitar pieces i've ever heard. the transitions are all natural and believable. this is incredible, and i mean that sincerely. i like the rest of what you've recorded, but i really enjoyed listening to this. it caught my attention and held it on more than one occasion.
your guitar work is great. it's so reminiscent of something and i just can't figure it out...it's like the result of david gilmour and robert fripp's kids having a kid.

the first multi track piece that I actually finished "in the box" in Cubase. An ambient kinda thing that grew out of playing around with the Line 6 DL4. Not sure I like the bow parts, but I may re do it later
digital metronome noise kills me. it's sort of like a less irritating alarm clock, and if there is any single noise that totally destroys my happiness it's alarm clock buzzing.
other than the metronome, though, this song is awesome. it's very unique, though i'm trying to pinpoint something it sounds similar to. i don't know if it's the reversed guitar that gives off a robert fripp vibe, or if i'm just projecting that because of your electric guitar jams cover.
either way, i dig the music. i'm listening to 'sunday afternoon' now. you're an accomplished guitar player. i really love the subtlety and texture of the synth noise, or whatever is going on in the background. this is all great so far.

Rough sketch of a proposed dreamy 12 string piece that I couldn't pull off on the 12 string so did this quick electric version with vocal pads. Not sure of the recording quality- sounds OK in my cans and kinda crappy on my monitors. Recorded march…
One from a year ago or so. Never was happy with the recording quality, but never got around to re recording it. My attempt at a kind of late 70's Phil Keaggy thing

What happened after too much time on youtube watching live vids of "voodoo chile" Noisy obnoxious and very cathartic for me! Live to 2tracks with the Jamman

Toughest thing to mix on the entire album. Synthesizer music for the attention-impaired.
If you don't like the current melody, wait five seconds.
Song name comes from my workplace addiction - I was going through a bag of cough drops weekly…
Post RPM jammin'. I don't feel much like cleaning up after RPM. Not yet anyway. I think my little Casio took a beaten and went out of tune. I did this arrangement with just the Casio, guitars and
harmonica, hence the annoying piano and strings…

I mostly wanted to make music with a funky clav line I'd come up with, so this is it. For the voiceover, I unabashedly used an awesome monologue by Ken Nordine.
I unleash my secret weapon!
Guest vocalist Shaka brings the icing to this rather haunted version of the first chapter of Cold Mountain by Charles Frazier!
Love is a slippery beast.
Just when you think you've got a firm hold of it, it squirts out of your hands like a piece of wet soap and ends up somewhere in India on a spiritual quest for an obscure guru.
This is a good place for me to be....it does me good to remember this.
God around me
God within me
there's nothing i need to fear
always remember you're here
