Sitting around in my shop a couple of days ago with the Goodall and the Zoom H4N. First time I've really messed with using the internal mics on the H4N in multitrack mode
What?! I should've faved this 4 months ago! Very funky, frisky and fun! The main riff running straight through it is awesome - "a bit of fun"...you just can't help being classy.

Straight ahead stone city electric blues for an old friend who used to spend hours spinning BB King and Mike Bloomfield records for me. Recorded back sometime at the end of 2006 on old analog equipment

I'm a complete idiot when it comes to all things midi related. Recently got myself a midi keyboard though and came up with this short piece just messing with sounds in Proteus. Really looking forward to the possibilities of combining this sort…
A moody solo acoustic thing that I came up with playing in a long forgotten tuning. Just got a new Zoom H4N, so this was recorded in my shop sitting at my reedmaking bench may 12 2009
Something completely different- Uilleann pipes(Irish bagpipes) and synth. I wrote this tune over 20 years ago in the style of traditional Irish slow airs. It was recorded way back in 1991 for an album that's been out of print for over 15 years…

This is a Great tune Kirk. Excellent guitar work here.
Hey man, Night fell is one real MF too!!! Awesome collaboration with the Amazing Sister. Your guitar playing really paints the picture and Tess' vocals are as the light of the moon, casting it's light and allowing the shadows to exist where they belong. NO lie. Masterpiece.

One for my electronic friends. It's just a bunch of patches mixed with MIDI and glued together with 1 part water, 2 parts flour, and 2 parts ectoplasma.
Enjoy!
Ring of Fire - lyrics by Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash -1963. Slightly modified.
This wasn't meant to be Ring of Fire but that's how it wound up.
I have been wanting to trash Ring of Fire and the words just seem to fit this simple 1-4-5…
from long ago emulating a rock band. I murder real drums. recorded in cakewalk pro audio
As for the words...
Just because she cheated didn't mean I should.
Not Alive
I will not give in to the dark
I will not shackle my own heart…
Just playing around - wasn't too upset with what I ended up with. Sort of an intermission to something... if I decide to pursue this one, I'll get rid of that annoying buzz, I promise.
Why bounce I don't know maybe cause it wants to make you bounce.
Something I recorded a couple years ago using a Digitech RP350, drums are from the RP350. Rythm, Lead and Bass were all recorded on a CP60 Strat, bass was an effect on the RP350.
More LoopShifted piano accompanied by Stylus RMX and Omnisphere. At over eight minutes it's perhaps a little self-indulgent but maybe it's more like punting down the river Styx than jet-skiing on a lake of fire.
There's a lot going on here, in the middle section I used what's known as a Shepard Risset Tone. This is a sound that appears to constantly rise in pitch. If you were to loop the sound, it would never stop rising! I don't understand the match…
Here's to insignificance my friend. May you never be squashed like a bug.
Instruments used: Kontakt, LoopShifter, Stylus RMX
Effects used: Eos, DubStation, Replicant, Augustus Loop
Very raw, completely improved piece. One track, one take.
Guitar -> GT-10 -> JamMan Stereo
A touch of Discord 3 was added as a send effect. Limiting on the master track. Et voila.
Sorry about the clipping.
Recommended listening…
a collaboration of Alister Flint - Carlo Serafini - Chris Vaisvil
so, Chris did this. Carlo did that. and i added some. for the technical stuff, see below. :)
This piece uses multiple tunings simultaneously and is the inaugural…
This is a chord progression I found when waiting for Debbie to come home.
Left channel is a piano voice via GR-20, right channel my Mustang's own voice through the DOD FX-7
Any collaboration would be welcome.
Still struggling with this one...
Maybe not possible to make this work in a country song...MY DICK DON'T KNOW SHE'S GONE
1. She's been gone for three years now. Three years since she walked out
Friends and folks I work with ask me what it…
Ich habe tatsächlich Inspiration aus der TV-Show Dexter XD Ich liebe es so sehr!
I actually got inspiration from watching the TV show Dexter XD I love it so much!

Absolutely lovely. Wonderful guitar work.
I'm really digging the "bop bop bop". All great pop songs should have hand claps and "bop bop bop"!
