What is love?
Lady Jane
Another lyrically-challenged collaboration with jip1965, who sent me a guitar, bongo, percussion track with a recorder playing named, simply, ‘Love’.
I added the piccolo, crystals and windchimes from my virtual keyboard, renamed it ‘What is love?’ because that’s all I could come up from the title of a poster behind me.
I played it to Mike, and he suggested I put in some Native American noises, and here it is.
Enjoy!

What a lovely piece of madrigal music . Lady Marion / Maid Jane a lovely tone you have. x
Mighty fine song writing and performance here! Jip: the depth of the drums I envy. Wow super mix. Great dynamics. Lady: this is some great vocalizing. The vox sounds inside the track ,not overlaid. Faved you two......Steve
I think you Guys really caught a good few of the colours of Love in this Tune. What a superb meditative vocal! LOVE this!
Lovely vibe to this tune. Feel like I'm sitting in a sunny field with a big one burnin'!
Beautiful, such a pleasure to hear other instruments.
your collaborations really work. some things are meant to be, as they say. So enchanting this. In complete awe.
This sounds ancient. Unlike the others I have listened to. Interesting bass line.
Romantice:-)
dope
yeah
such a nice folk/classic prog feel to it. LOVE.
Brian Jones is smiling in heaven and I'm smiling here on earth. Very dope.
Brian Jones is smiling in Heaven!
Ah the times I've asked myself this. This could be the answer. Love it.
Love the ethereal, timeless feel!
Wonderful dreamy vocals - beautiful composition all the way round, and the pipes are a lovely touch.
Ah, that's really pretty.
Yeah :) Like lots. Love jip's guitar signature on this, so smooothh. And I can hear the sun setting outside the tent, and the pillows, lots of pillows. Er... or is it an entirely different sort of love? (Why have we only got one word in English??!) Love it. "Lyrically challenged"? Pah! needs no more for this listener :)
