Music by Trevitte Brown. Lyrics by Me. I tried to sing it, but it was too high, so Trev did. An old-fashioned Christmas hymn-style song.
Lyric:
Even though it's christmas
Doesn't seem like Christmas
Money's always tight here round…
Written and performed by Tangmo and Jay Jackson. If my voice sounds a little sickly, it's because it was. I went into the hospital with life-threatening heart and respiratory problems days after laying vocals for this song. It remains a 'spiritual…
This was a large, somewhat unwieldy internet-based blues collaboration from several years back. I wrote and sang the lyric. AE pub collaboration!....lyrics and vocals by Tangmo harmonica by Tony(T.D. Brown)...bed by Scott(Riffmaster)....guitarst…
Short for Truncated Funk. You may describe it any way you see fit. I "hear" this as soundtrack under the right "scene"--rhythmically interesting but not musically over-busy. Kind of strange Elevator Music, but you shouldn't try to dance to…
Mid-tempo, loud, and sans vocals. You want to sing (or play) on it? Drop me a line.
EDIT: I may have a taker on turning this into a proper song. If he does, this is "off-the-market", but if he doesn't, then I'll put it back on or do my…
Great to hear an ole Acid Planet friend on here. Real nice tune you have here. Pro all the way, has a cool vibe to the music reminds me a bit of the Eagles. Very Cool....
Easing my way back into music production. This is a work in progress, but I have so many ideas floating I don't know how long it will take to make progress. I do like the way this turned out so far. Enjoy.

This is such a solid track it could go a dozen ways.
Also, thank you for your comment. I had a 7th line clear up until my final mix when I realized how useless it was...your response verifies my thot. The song was start to finish this afternoon. Thanks again.

Co-written and performed with William Liggett. Tried to make it a 'duet', but not being in the same state--much less studio--made it too hard to match phrasing.

Pastichio Rocker aka PDOA wrote and performed/programmed this electronica piece and asked me to write and sing a lyric for it. Despite (or maybe because of ) my accent, we considered it a success. It got some college-radio airplay.

second, my very best wishes to all my AT friends who make sharing music here so wonderful,, hope your holiday season is most wonderful and filled with love, peace to us all r
I've posted this "Naked" version because Mrs Russe wanted me to... :-)
It wasn't "finished" in my mind - there was a certain amount of "orchestration" to come.
But I ended up liking the starkness of this version.
The original intention…
Lovely melody (and you carry it very well). Though I can 'hear' some more instrumentation and harmonies, this 'naked' version is not so shamed to be that way.
I threw this one together tonite/early am...yawnnnnn. Not an exact replica but always a tribute to Jimi's music. I was originally turned on to do this by some new free vst effects I found on the net. A cool fuzz face vst that is very realistic…
Wonderful cover of this tender love long. :) We always shoot the ones we love. Great mix, instrumentation and vocals. That 3:40'ish bit was very inventive.
Maybe I missed a career scoring for no budget spaghetti westerns, because this is what this reminds me of. Done live a couple weeks ago with the Taylor and a floor full of toys and loopers.
This is Blues lesson 2.2 but again couldn't resist singing a song over it .....as well as practice my blues lead..might get a rollicking for using the effect but i found it and liked it so if i do i deserve it....it's meant to be clean....hope…
Reg, you understand you still get paid even if you don't play so many notes. Blues lesson 2.3 ... fill around the singer...take the leads over. How many licks does it take to reach the center of a tootsie pop? More than it takes to play the blues. Your voice is incredible here. Very much enjoyed.
Still waiting for the bump to hatch.....so i thought there all a sleep i’ll nip down the cellar........well heres a depressing un-trusting one....i always seem to write a real sad song when i’m really happy...i wonder why that is???...anyway i…
Oh lawd, you got your 16 pounds worth out of this. Sort of a electrono-punk-psychedelic-blues in 3/4. Brilliant. Thanks for hoping I enjoyed. I do. Congrats on the newbie.
I found a cassette tape the other day from 1991 which turned out to be live to 2 track demos that Scartaglen did in the studio in preparation for our 3rd and (as it turned out) final album. This tune didn't make the cut for the record but I always…
I'll thank and type Paul MacDonald one more time. Maybe he'll google his name and have a bit better chance of landing here for his R&C's. I like this a lot, Kirk.
Started out be an innocent little jazzy study in quartal harmony, but the DL4 was still in my signal path and things went downhill from there! Another done with my beloved '58 Stratotone
This is a live cut from an NPR radio broadcast back in 1988 while my Irish Trad group Scartaglen was on one of its first east coast tours. Found recently on a cassette tape. Musically this was one of my favorite periods in the history of the band…
Hey, I even clapped at the end. Just couldn't help myself. Wonderful suite. The minor keyed opening had me smiling with a tear in my eye. Hugely enjoyed this. Glad you scrounged it up. Sounds good and feels good.
This song is called "Atrum Sodalitas" which means "Dark Companionship" in Latin. This song will depict two people from different backgrounds that share the same, yet dark, goal. You will hear their story.
The B side to Dad's father's day present. This is an instrumental celebration of his 45 years in the printing industry, and an acknowledgement that while other kids got bedtime stories, I got the history of lithography..
Well as you've come to know Reg wears his heart on his sleeve, the new woman who was going to be the one has gone. He's decided to go for a walk in the park to clear his head , he's sad oh! he is sad, sad, sad, .............

Chad 'The Rock' - Bass
Tod - Drums
We had this song hanging around a while without drums...so I uploaded to SongCrafters a while back, and asked…
coffee shop song...
kenya time
hear the cracklin' paper
as you test the basil mayo
when you pull apart the cheese
and tip your brown beer bottle
smell the grinding coffee beans
set by tatooed arms to motion

the girl with her piano
this land she's in
clothed in unfamiliarity
these colors blend, fade
and run out of hue
all light has changed
and turned into greyscale
tinted with every shade of blue
this room she's in

Much enjoyed. I could just see the sweat and pelvic thrusting. Push that emotion.
Very very nice. An expressivle piece expressively played. Thanks for this.

Spacey and spacious. You worked that delay to near exhaustion. Good for you. Much Enjoyed.

don't have the gear to comment on recording and sound, but that was a very nice set of lines working very well together.
a very interesting and effective progression up front that morphed nicely into melodic modern classical through the movements.
Don't know the original, but you did a good job.
Really nice
lotta fun
I hope it is well recieved, and not like being given a pair of red socks. Somehow I believe it will be.
Thanks a lot. Now you got me sad. Delicious wierdness here.
big sound. Really opens up and delivers power.
very painterly lyric delivered with easy grace. Very nice.
even the string noise is deliciously beautiful. Just great.
