It's made me want to hear some of your established tracks with similar stripped-down arrangements, leading the listener to concentrate on the sheer artistry of your words and astonishingly soulful vocal. Next challenge for you is the 24 hours album. 24 minutes of original music in 24 hours. I believe it originated on alonetone. Off you go.

Great song writing - loving the sentiment and your tender vox here. I love it when the FAWM and RPM parameters draw out his kind of track, any more of an arrangement would detract from the message - IMHO.

This is kick-ass! You have a great voice and I love your guitar playing. When you have great ingredients like that, you don’t need much more than good material, of which there is plenty here! Love the lyrics. I was thinking like this the other day - not specifically for or about me - but I was explaining what Jimi Hendrix's Highway Chile meant to me when I was young (to my wife, she was just nodding, so I'm guessing it was one of those "uh-oh, Andrew's talking about music/musicians again, better nod my head" moments!). And then I was wondering about Neil Peart and how he used to write about stuff like this... and then I wonder how... etc... etc... IN my case, I deliberately stepped out of the spotlight before it got that bright - I miss it but not what it costs... and yep, years later, the music got young again... did I say love the lyrics?

I see what you mean about the lentgh of the intro... But you'd lose the tension it creates if you shortened it? Loving the sound of the guitars on these tracks.

Oh this is mighty fine. I don't often pay attention to lyrics on early listens unless something jumps out and grabs me... I'm not sure what did here, but something did. Love the lyrics. Cool guitar and harmonica too, but the song is just peachy.
