Very peaceful. Sorry to hear about your friend in Hospice. I've had loved ones be taken care of by Hospice before. Music can be very meditative. Thanks for sharing.
Mad
So you compromise
and you breathe the lies
of pedestrians who march the course
oh you'll pay the price won't you
with your own virtues
And you get hypnotized
by those thespian eyes
that tried to believe in trust
that tried…
This one has a good groove, but I admit you won't dance as much to this one. Grab a drink and just listen and tap your feet. Turning yourself around with conviction drives through every beat...
I don't know why, but this makes me think I should have called the record Gary's Space Rock and Soul Revue. However, that name is really cheesy, so I am glad I restrained myself. You probably are too.
This just sort of fell out of my guitar as I was finishing up recording Tuolumne (so it is also in super-weird CGDGAC tuning). And it's named because what caught my eye as I was searching for a name was a bass guitar pick with an eagle on it.
So named because it reminded me of something I might hear on a PBS special or other documentary about national parks, and Tuolumne (from Yosemite NP) was the first word that came to mind. Also wins for weirdest tuning: CGDGAC
I trust this song is an encouragement to you...we are not alone.
There is an intimate Divine closeness that we are invited into...moment by moment.
I am so thankful for this...
You are with me now
You are with me now
Within this sacred moment…
I wonder if you know, how many times you have brought me to tears? Your voice, your writing, the peace you give me. I feel privileged. Thank you, Anthony
