Your musical intuition is so good, both in the way you interweave instruments as well as in your mixing choices. Along the lines of Roger's comment - you paint pictures with music. The whistle is also fabulous in this!

Very sweet! Simple things really make this song ... like the slightly unexpected (to me, at least) chords at the end of lines 2 & 3, and the way you hold the second-to-last word on the last lines ... those musical choices are perfect.

That’s a long way back! Long before any of us could easily record at home. It’s a fun song that you have held onto all these years. I wonder we’re the next generation of musicians are?
