We were having a little tipple down the cellar last night and we came up with a Christmas song for the festive season…hope you enjoy……….

CHRISTMAS TIME AT THE DRUNK’S HOUSE (Lyrics)
it’s Christmas time in the drunks house
and the drunk is fast asleep on the floor
tinseled strangers torment his head
having fun as they poke and play

the stars shine bright in the heavens
it’s been a glorious day
the dog licks the wounds on the young girls face
as the beer drips from the table and away

instrumental

its Christmas time in the drunks house
and the drunks still asleep on the floor
gin soaked strangers dance and splash
in the vomited soaking the floor

the drunks sing out of tune
the landlord conducts
the babies scream in the empty room
while the mothers dance to the big brass band
playing outside in the snow

oh it’s Christmas day in the drunks house
and I and they haven’t got a dime
there ain’t no children playing
their hiding from there parents cries

there ain’t no celebration
of any kind of faith
there ain’t a soul here who believes

oh it’s Christmas time in the drunks house
and there ain’t no one got a dime
everybody living crazy
they been having such a good time

instrumental

the drunkards sing out of tune
as the landlord conducts with his hands
the babies scream in the empty room
while the mothers dance to the band

oh it’s Christmas time in the drunks house
and they haven’t got a dime
there ain’t no children playing
there all hiding from there parents cries
there ain’t no celebration
of any kind of faith
there ain’t no soul here who believes
they are just having a crazy time
it’s what they all need
