This is the 7th song in my album, Edolian, where I incrementally go through every EDO from 1 to 31.
As stated in the description of the previous song, I really like 7EDO, as it’s a subset of my favorite tuning, 14EDO. 7EDO is basically an equally spaced major scale, and it has a kind of neutral feel to it. It can feel major or minor depending on context. This piece turned out a lot more sad than I thought it would, so I named it accordingly. I tried some more traditional harmony in this piece as it works well in 7EDO, and I think the result came out pretty good.
