Sunday Afternoon
Rough sketch of a proposed dreamy 12 string piece that I couldn’t pull off on the 12 string so did this quick electric version with vocal pads. Not sure of the recording quality- sounds OK in my cans and kinda crappy on my monitors. Recorded march 1 2009. Live to 2 tracks
I wish I could play like that. Faved
I posted a mix with partions of this tune to my page. Hope you like.....I had fun with it. Thanks for the great playing! mecreos
AWESOME!!!! Enchanting and Haunting(in a good way) Guitar playing!
hi thanks for the comment!
Wow, I had my eyes closed while listening to this, but when I opened my eyes in the middle, I could swear I was seeing light particles moving around to the music! Mahalo!
Dude - This is absolutely fantastic. Awesome tune, Kirk!! Thanks for putting me on to this one, T!
This Hooks you Right from the start!!! Again....Utterly Sublime! Then I saw the Title... And looked at the Time..This track has fit in perfectly with my Sunday! Awesome
This is beautiful. I accidentally left music playing on my computer and when I came back all was quiet in the house except for this song being played. It was moving.
Yes, gorgeous.
I think if I was going to write...which I promise myself one day that I will...I would use this track for inspiration. When I listen a little story unfolds in my mind. Very nice.
this sounds incredibly familiar.. but I cannot seem to put my finger on it... Very nice melodies.
Wonderful, dreamy and beautiful.
Really liked the mood of this piece! Recording quality sounded fine to me on my consumer-level speakers. If you do another version, I'd like to hear it.
Oh, I'm into the gorgeous guitars today, this is beautifully played and aptly named.
Great tune Kirk!I really like the flow of your playing on this one.
it is dreamy and steamy. the hiss gives images of cicadas. it is a beautifully complex time signature. skillfully played music. 0x0
Yeah that would sound great on 12-string, kind of mahavishnu-ish. Keep trying!
